Where we are
Giulianova Lido is a very pleasant location for the whole family. It is quiet and charming, with points of interest that are absolutely worth experiencing. An example is the monumental promenade, full of palm trees and resting places as a corollary of a walk with an exotic taste. It dates back to the early twentieth century and is equipped with a practical and long bike path for a bike ride suitable for everyone: mums, dads and kids!
Also the marina is something to see: it dates back to Roman times and bears witness to the history of our city, which has seen the port basin evolve to become in the nineties one of the ten most important marineries in Italy. Now it is also a service center that promotes culture thanks to events in synergy with public and private entities. The mission is simply the one that is closest to our hearts: promoting the territoryo thanks to its history, its traditions, the enhancement of authentic local products.
Strolling through Giulianova Lido one is amazed by the power of the Kursaal Palacewhich is somewhat of a symbol of the birth of the tourist season in our city. The large building in composite style, neoclassical and Art Nouveau, was born as a "hotel Lido and park" in the early twenties. Now it is owned by the Municipality, and inside is organized interesting exhibitions and events.
The location of our hotel is practically perfect: a few hundred meters from all the wonders mentioned above and 150 meters from the beautiful beach of Giulianova Lido.
