Here you will find a selection of the most frequently asked questions to help you organise your holiday in the best possible way, but of course we remain at your disposal for any further information!
All quotes do not include tourist tax, which amounts to € 1.50 per day per person over 12 years, applied up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights.
Usually check-in time is from 12 a.m. If you don't want to miss the morning at the beach and want to arrive earlier, no problem! Feel free to leave your luggage and enjoy the beach while we make sure everything is in order.

LUNCH: from 12.30 to 13.30 (entrance in the hall)
DINNER : from 19.30 to 20.30 (entrance in the dining room)

Usually those who have the formula Half Board enjoy breakfast and dinner or breakfast and lunch. Apart from a few exceptions, the choice is not allowed day by day.
It is not possible to change the desired treatment. The meals consumed are not deductible.
We offer the option of having the children eat lunch and dinner half an hour before the hall opens to the public, so that mothers can enjoy their meal in peace.
Our faithful friends are always welcome! Their stay is free of charge. Obviously we must remember that not everyone is used to having their attention, so we recommend that dogs are kept on a leash in the common areas. They are not allowed in the restaurant room and we recommend the good rules of behavior in the room.
The free shuttle bus and the paid urban service stop right in front of the Hotel. Using these means you can reach both the historic center in 5 minutes, and the main streets of Giulianova Lido.
Our Hotel offers a Bike Sharing service completely free of charge. We have at our disposal brand new and comfortable city bikes, some of them with homologated seats in front and behind. For those who wish to have bicycles for children, renting them for a fee, we can take care of the reservation.
The lido Arcobaleno, 200 meters from the hotel, offers a sandy beach, clean, and 1 umbrella + 2 deck chairs per room.

As soon as you arrive in your room, we will give you a small Vademecum with an assortment of places to visit, entertainment, festivals, wine and oil tasting and much more. In Abruzzo you'll be spoilt for choice!
At the time of booking we require a deposit by bank transfer, which definitively confirms your arrival. The last days of your stay we will proceed with the balance, which can be paid by credit card (except American Express), Bancomat, Check (please note that for this particular method of payment is required the balance at least 5 days before the check-out date).
In the event that the customer is unable to occupy the accommodation due to Covid-19 - after sending medical documentation - the deposit will be refunded.
In the event that the customer is unable to occupy the accommodation during the period booked due to difficulties with transport, errors or other personal reasons, there is no refund of the deposit paid.
There is no refund for early departures or late arrivals compared to the dates agreed at the time of booking.
Customers who leave in advance are required to pay for the room for the remaining days of the reservation, according to art. 1385-1386 cc and subsequent amendments.
In the event that the customer is unable to occupy the accommodation during the period booked due to difficulties with transport, errors or other personal reasons, there is no refund of the deposit paid.

In case of limitations due to Covid-19 or certified positivity, the deposit will be refunded in full.
For cancellations not communicated, cancellations communicated after the expiry of 14 days from the date of arrival, or no-show, the deposit will be retained by the hotel.
Exceptions to these rules are special and special offers such as non-refundable rates, discounted early booking offers and the like: in these cases, no refund is granted.
