Internal Regulation

In order to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible, we believe it useful to give you some information of a functional nature and structural.
The Corallo Hotel requires its guests with the same respect that you has for their home and their friends and relatives. As such, the rules are not only those sanctioned by law, but more simply, are dictated by common sense and mutual respect.

Acceptance – departure (express check-in / check-out)

Customers are required to deliver to their arrival in the copy of their identity document.
Check-in is possible from 10:00 to 21:00 on the day of arrival, provided that the rooms will be delivered not before 12:00-12:30.
Let us pray to our clients to understand that the period booked will be charged fully, even in case of early departure , according to the European Consumer Centre (CEC). In the case where there is cancellation of booking within 14 days by the customer, according to the article 59 of the Consumer Code, there are no refunds.
In the calculation of the cancellation charges, will be deducted only the costs of ancillary services, such as meals and breakfast is not administered.
Dogs must be in any case, kept on a leash if not with several agreements with the direction. Owners are requested to clean up where they get dirty and are liable for damages caused by the same.

Rules of conduct

At any time, within the structure, must be avoided behaviors, activities, games and use of equipment that may cause disturbance to other guests. Adults are responsible for the behaviour of the minors entrusted to them. Please do not slam the doors but to accompany them.
The silence of everyone is the rest of all.


The rooms are assigned according to the availability and types. The rooms are furnished in a simple way. Even if not of great value, and these ornaments deserve all the respect possible. Any damage caused will be adequately assessed with the owners for its redemption. The valuables of the guests, must be kept by themselves.

Linen supplied

Each guest is provided bed linen, face towel, shower towel and bidet towel. Face towel and bidet are replaced daily, while the shower curtain, and bed linen should be changed every 3 days, avoiding to leave it in the ground. If necessary clean for your personal needs, it is charged an extra fee.
In every room is non-smoking.


The car park is outdoors, even if fenced. The management does not assume responsibility for damage or other.

Public areas

In public areas and especially in the dining room and reception, please take a decent clothing.
Children under 12 years of age is prohibited the use of the lift, if not properly accompanied.
Any damage to the equipment and the furnishings of the Hotel caused by the customer or their guests will be charged to those responsible for the damage.

At the discretion of the management, the repeated failure to follow these rules, and keep the inappropriate behavior that seriously damages the harmony and spirit of the Hotel, will result in the removal of as unwanted guests. In this case, the guest is expelled shall not be entitled to return any of the consideration paid, with reserve of the same direction to claim compensation of any damages and prejudices.
